Established in 1969, Andrew Cross & Co. is an independent firm of Chartered Accountants who today continue to build a reputation for providing excellent advice and first class service to our business and personal clients alike. We have many clients in the local community and service businesses, small and large, across many sectors.
The company was originally founded by Andrew Cross and his daughter Charlotte Cross has now joined him as a Partner in the Firm.

Partners & Senior Staff
Charlotte Cross
 Charlotte obtained a First Class honours degree in Mathematics from King's College, London and thereafter decided it was time to go into the real world away from those mathematicians! She cut her accountancy teeth at the father's firm for 2 years before University and then part time throughout her degree course, starting her formal accounting training in 1993. Charlotte qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1996.
She is the driving force behind the company's advertising and marketing strategies and is responsible for the company’s growth over recent years. Married since 1995, Charlotte’s hobbies include reading, learning Italian, attacking kakuro puzzles (despite her dubious mental arithmetic skills!) and socialising with friends. She is an avid cat lover and has four moggies of her own.
Andy Lau
 Hong Kong born Andy first trained as a nurse, at 21 becoming the youngest person ever to fully qualify. He worked in this capacity for 12 years before making the break to emigrate to England. Being a husband and father of two children, and the same job in Britain unable to provide the standard of living he was used to, he went back to college in order to change his career.
He is now registered as a Financial Accountant and a trained auditor and has been with Andrew Cross and Co since 1991.
Carla Valentino
 Carla joined the company as a trainee after completing her A-levels in July 2001. She qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2006 and is now working towards obtaining a degree in Applied Accounting.
Interests outside of work include learning Italian, socialising with friends and shopping. She is a fan of indie music and loves attending gigs of up and coming bands!
Andrew Cross
 Andrew began his career articled to a firm of accountants in Bromley, finally qualifying as a Chartered Accountant himself in 1969. He wasted no time in starting up his own practice, and around this time met and married his wife Barbara, a singer/songwriter. Barbara's forward-thinking employers - restaurant chain, Forte - sympathetic to the incompatibility of the young couple's working hours, provided Andrew with an office on-site in order to minimise their time spent apart. Thus Andrew's early years were spent working out of such interesting locations as the grounds of Hampton Court Palace, and The Serpentine in Hyde Park.
Eventually he set up shop in Lee High Road; at first at No. 75 and then in 1987 moving to the company's present location in the Plaza Building. From here the company has grown considerably.
Tony Thompson
 Tony first knew Andrew Cross when they were articled at the same Bromley firm, back in the sixties. Later, when Andrew set up on his own, Tony joined him and is still here now, after all these years!
Tony is a keen traveller, with particular emphasis on the great train journeys of the world. He also loves taking photographs, and the walls of his office carry a fascinating record of some of his more exotic forays.
